Terms of Service
These terms govern use of MaxAPI accounts, API keys, model routes, generated assets, and billing credits.
Last updated:
Accounts and API keys
Users are responsible for account activity and for keeping credentials confidential. API keys may not be shared publicly, resold as standalone credentials, or used to bypass account or route restrictions.
Acceptable use
Users must comply with applicable law, the rights of others, MaxAPI safety controls, and the applicable provider policies. The service may not be used for unauthorized access, malware, fraud, exploitation, harmful deception, or attempts to evade safeguards and usage limits.
Credits and billing
One credit equals one US dollar. Prices depend on model, route mode, resolution, duration, token usage, or other published billing units. Users are responsible for reviewing the displayed price and request parameters before sending production traffic.
Failed generation tasks are not settled. Completed or otherwise billable accepted work is charged according to the pricing data in effect when the request is accepted.
Inputs and outputs
Users must have the rights and permissions required for prompts, uploaded references, and other inputs. Model outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to third-party content and must be reviewed before publication or consequential use. Rights in outputs are subject to applicable law and provider terms.
Availability and changes
Models and routes depend on upstream providers and may change, pause, or be removed. MaxAPI may update prices, limits, safety controls, or these terms. Material changes will be reflected on the public site with an updated date.
Enforcement
MaxAPI may limit or suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security risk, non-payment, or violations of these terms. Contact support if you believe an enforcement action was made in error.
